Amanda Rolfe is an associate member of Rolfe & Lobello, P.A.. She has been a member of the firm since her admission to The Florida Bar in September of 2002. Ms. Rolfe graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2002 with a Juris Doctorate. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stetson University. She is admitted to practice in the Federal Court System in the Middle, Southern, and Northern Districts of Florida.
She is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Jacksonville Woman Lawyers Association. She is a member of the Florida Creditors Bar Association and serves on the Board of Directors and on the Laws and Legislative Committee. She serves on the Jacksonville Bar Association Bench and Bar Professional Committee and the Florida Bar Small Claims Rules Committee. She received the honor of 2011 Top Young Attorneys in Florida Rising Stars.
Ms. Rolfe has experience representing creditors throughout the State of Florida in commercial and consumer collections and litigation. She has experience in garnishments, levies, replevins, and foreclosures. She has made numerous court appearances for hearings and trials in State and Federal Court.
In the community, Ms. Rolfe was the 2006-2007 President of the Exchange Club of Jacksonville. She is the Founder and Past President of the Lakeshore Area Preservation Society, Inc. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Northeast Florida Exchange Club Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse, Inc. d/b/a Exchange Club Family Center since 2009 and is currently serving on the Executive Committee as Secretary.
