Brett H. Burkett is an associate with the firm of Rolfe & Lobello, P.A. He has been a practicing attorney and a member of the firm since 2012. Mr. Burkett is also admitted to practice in the Federal Court System in the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Burkett is also a member of the American Bar Association, and the Jacksonville Bar Association. Mr. Burkett holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree in 2012 from Florida Coastal School of Law.
Mr. Burkett focuses on commercial matters that involve representing creditors, investors and corporations in areas, such as garnishments, levies, replevins and foreclosures. In addition, Mr. Burkett handles general representation of businesses and corporations by advising and assisting them in business-related litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm of Rolfe & Lobello, Brett assisted the Florida Coastal School of Law Estate/Probate Clinic, where he advised many clients on a variety of estate issues, which included asset protection, trusts, wills and power of attorney.
