The firm does an extensive amount of creditor bankruptcy work in Florida, and is experienced in commercial and consumer litigation and in representation of financial institutions and state and federally chartered credit union, assisting them in their day-to-day activities and in handling their foreclosures and commercial and collection matters.


Collectors

All of our collectors are trained to work within the guidelines of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) to ensure that your company's receivables are collected in a legal manner and to preserve the integrity of your company.

At Rolfe & Lobello we implement the latest technology to provide a seamless approach to managing your company's receivables.

  • Electronic skip tracing allows us to locate debtors quicker.
  • CollectMax software by JS Technologies is used to track client and debtor information, provide custom reports, manage debtor accounts and automate legal documents.
  • AutoScribe software allows us to take payments over the phone.
  • All legal documents and debtor check payments are electronically scanned, filed and cataloged in our in-house debtor account management system.


Security

Rolfe & Lobello handles the information exchanged between your company, debtors and credit bureaus with the utmost confidentiality. All information is stored on secure servers and protected from intruders using firewalls and other security measures. All paper documents are stored in locked cabinets and shredded before they are disposed of to ensure they are not intercepted and used for fraudulent purposes.


Payments

Debtors are able to pay via check by phone, Western Union , Money Gram , money order, cashier's check and cash.
