Thomas Lobello, III

Thomas Lobello, III, has been a practicing attorney in Florida since 1986. He is a member of The Florida Bar and is also admitted to practice in the Federal Court System in the Middle District of Florida. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Jacksonville Bar Association and the Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association.

During his entire practice, Mr. Lobello has specialized in Bankruptcy matters. He has participated in numerous Lift Stay hearings, Motions to Value and Redeem, Confirmation hearings, and Adversary proceedings. He has served as a member of the Clerk-Bar Liaison Committee of the Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association, and is currently a member of the Bench-Bar Liaison Comittee.

Additionally, Mr. Lobello has represented creditors in state court actions throughout Florida. He has participated in numerous trials. He has experience in handling replevins, foreclosures, garnishments and levies.

Mr. Lobello is married with three children. He is a life-long resident of Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1986. Prior to Law School, he taught in the Duval County Public School System. His undergraduate degree in Political Science is from the University of North Florida. Outside of the office, Mr. Lobello is involved with coaching baseball and officiates basketballs games. He is a member of Riverside Presbyterian Church where he has been ordained as an Elder and Deacon and served as Clerk of Session. He also has taught Sunday school and LOGOS.
