Mr. Rolfe graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1973 with a J.D. Degree and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in Political Science in 1970. He has been a resident of Jacksonville Florida since 1961. Mr. Rolfe has been specialized in collection litigation since 1973. He also has extensive experience in foreclosures, bankruptcy matters and general civil litigation including bench and jury trials.
In addition to his work experience, Mr. Rolfe has been involved in numerous community and civic activities. He is the Past President of the Exchange Club of Jacksonville, Past President of the South Council of Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, Life member of Jacksonville Jaycee’s, Past President of the Civil Round Table, Past President of Jacksonville Skeet & Trap Club, and former Board Member of the Board of Governor’s of the Chamber of Commerce and of the Northeast Florida Exchange Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse.
